Dear Vendors, Organizations, Churches and Ministries,

We are excited that you will be joining us for SWIRL Community Connections Day this year!

A few things to note:

-Please be prepared to bring your own tent, table and chairs along with information about your organization.

-Upon arrival, please take the Fairview Drive entrance (beside the car wash). Someone will be there to direct you to your setup location.

-Set up/drop off as early as 1:00pm on Saturday, June 6th.

Please have area set up and ready by 3pm.

-There will be signs for PARKING.  Please do not park in front of Fancy Pastry Bakery nor behind Fancy Pastry Bakery as they will be open for business during the event.

-All organizations, churches and vendors must CHECK IN at the Red SWIRL Tent.  Vendors, if you have not yet done so, please be prepared to pay the $10 set up fee and $5 table fee at time of check in.

***If you have not yet confirmed your attendance for the event, please reply to this message to let us know if you’ll be joining us.
